Our Core Principles
Entry level exam
All emplloyees have to pass an entry level fit for duty exam. This includes drug testing.
Work environment
We work in industrial facilities during annual shutdowns. This is a physically demanding work in hot, humid, dusty environments working in confined spaces or from heights.
Safety Training
Due to the nature of the work, you are required to attend a rigorous OSHA approved safety training and adhere to the highest safety standards when on the job.
PPE
Due to the nature of the work, you will be provided and trained on how to properly use personal protective equipment. You will be expected and held to the highest standard to utilize all protective equipment and adhere to safety measures.
Entry Level
Learn about the industry. Perform low task duties such as confined space attendant. Assist in inspection tasks. Material surface preparation for inspection through grinding, polishing. This work is physically demanding. Safety first.
Inspection Technician
Perform non-destructive examinations in the field. These include ultrasonic thickness testing, magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testing, or performing metallographic replications. All skills will be taught in house, or if you already have them, even better. This work is physically demanding.
Project Manager
As a field project manager you will be in charge between 4 and 30 people managing inspection tasks inside the industrial facility. You will be delegating tasks, making decisions, issuing reports, and directly communicating with the customers.
High-end field engineer
Perform integrity inspections of pressure vessels and auxiliary equipment. Perform quality control / quality assurance inspections for fabrication, or modification of existing pressure vessels. This position includes boiler inspectors, certified welding inspectors (CWI) and other highly skilled professionals.
Mechanical / Chemical Engineer
Perform engineering analysis of process operation. This may included learning about an analysis of chemistry cycles, production efficiencies, troubleshooting processes, analysing data for operational anomalies and other engineering tasks.
